Xavie Gálvez

Xavie Gálvez is a Mexico-City based queer Social Anthropologist committed to political movements in Latin America. As a member of the Red Universitaria Anticapitalista, she supports the struggles of the Zapatista National Liberation Army and the National Indigenous Congress. She enjoys writing in different genres, from poetry to film criticism. She is an enthusiastic listener and dancer of Swing Music. Her publications include a text about the film Cocoon (2020) in Dossier #4 of the feminist magazine La Rabia.
