WAI Architecture Think Tank

WAI Architecture Think Tank is Nathalie Frankowski and Cruz Garcia, who together with their child Ema Yuizarix, are invested in the development of design experiments and new curricula that support public engagement with the built, destroyed, and imagined environments. WAI is one of several platforms of public engagement that include the alternative trade school LOUDREADERS and the anti-disciplinary collective Post-Novis. They are authors of The Pocket Universal Principles of Architecture; Universal Principles of Architecture: 100 Archetypes, Methods, Conditions, Relationships, and Imaginaries; A Manual of Anti-Racist Architecture Education; Narrative Architecture: A Kynical Manifesto; Pure Hardcore Icons: A Manifesto on Pure Form in Architecture; and editors of Reparations!
