Sarah is an Iraqi-born architect. She has received multiple awards including the Royal Architects Institute of Canada Honor Roll Award, The Theron Award for Architecture, and the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism Award. She graduated with a Master’s degree in architecture from Carleton University in 2015, prior to that she completed a 5-year Bachelors of Architecture program at the German Jordanian University. Her research focuses on post-war Baghdad urban morphology and the Blast Wall’s effect on the city.
