Méria Faïdi

Méria is an Algerian-born architect and visual designer. After acquiring a BSc in Visual Communication from the American University of Sharjah, she went on to complete a Master of Architecture degree from Carleton University in Ottawa. Her current research revolves around exploring and iterating- through the medium of architecture- the concept of the “counter-space” as platform of expression and action towards self-determination for marginalized peoples.
