Maya Mihindou

Maya Mihindou is born in 1984 in Gabon. She is a self-taught artist who went through graphic novel and illustration. Drawing allows her to approach precarious, uprooted, fragiles and moving identities. Writing and practicing photography extend these reflections. In 2011, she published her first graphic novel Sabine. She lives and work in Marseille and, since 2014, contributes to the writing of articles and the creation of drawings, reportages and interviews for various magazines, such as Ballast.
