Marny Garcia Mommertz

Marny Garcia Mommertz’ practice as a writer and cultural producer is rooted in exploring experimental forms of archiving. She is interested in supporting the strengthening of Afrodiasporic artist communities in Germany, the Netherlands, Cuba, and Brazil. Currently, she works as managing editor for the magazine ‘Contemporary And’ América Latina and is recipient of the PACT Zollverein Fellowship. She holds a M.A. in Museum Studies from University of Amsterdam.
