Marie Ranjanoro

Marie Ranjanoro was born in Madagascar in 1990, and is a graduate of the IEP in Aix-en-Provence, where she defended a dissertation on the myth and representations of the zombie in US cinema. In 2019, together with Hoby Ramamonjy, she is creating the podcast Basy Vavy, which gives a voice to Malagasy women. After publishing short stories in several magazines, Feux, Fièvres, Forêts, published on March 23, 2023, is her first novel.
