Leonel Olimpio

Leonel Olimpio is a researcher, designer, and professor in Iguatu-CE and Fortaleza-CE in Brazil. His work investigates spatial policies and their processes of violence, using free software/open-source programs, data analysis, archival research and visual investigations. He is a researcher of spatial, technical, environmental and racial conflicts of the Obras contra as Secas state program in the Brazilian Semi-Arid region.
