K. Kamakaoka’ilima Long

K. Kamakaoka’ilima Long has been at the pu’uhonua at Maunakea since July 12. She’s a Ph.D. student in Political Science at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and has spent the last few years organizing with students against the university’s role in pushing for the construction of the Thirty Meter Telescope. She lives in Honolulu.
