Jo Bluen

Jo Bluen is a writer from Johannesburg currently living in London. She is a PhD candidate in International Relations at London School of Economics where she writes on expropriation in relation to spatial, epistemic, and juridical architectures of international law’s colonial governance of crimes against humanity. She previously worked at the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation in Cape Town and as the editor of Millennium: Journal of International Studies in London.
