Bekriah Mawasi

Bekriah Mawasi is a writer, translator, and artist based in Palestine. She explores movement in space, visual cultures, and contemporary literature. Her work takes form in writing (essays, short stories, poetry), illustration, and photography. She works in the field of open knowledge, and digital accessibility. She co-founded Mudam, an online cooperative project to translate seminal texts that discuss the interpretation of images into Arabic.
