Andrew Biraj

Andrew Biraj is a photojournalist based in Washington, DC. He has nine years OF experience covering breaking news, in-depth photo stories, politics, and sports. He covered Afghanistan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Cambodia and UK. He is the co founder and a lifetime member of Counter Foto Photography Department in Bangladesh, which was established in 2012. He self published his first book INSIGHT in 2011. Counter Foto published his second book BONDED STITCHES & STRUGGLE; TESTIMONY OF LIFE IN BANGLADESH’S GARMENT INDUSTRY (Bengali Version) on April, 2014.
